Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Proactively identify opportunities to structure innovative solutions and cross-sell the full range of products tailored to customer needs and requirements and in the process, ensuring increase in the share of wallet.
- Ability to create rapport with peers and other units like service/operations, compliance, senior RMs, lending teams etc.
- Micro-manage a group of 100 high value players with responsibility for reporting on revenue and engagement KPIs.
- Relationship Management for a Portfolio of customers.
- Establish a personal relationship with players, creating an internal profile, allowing you to recommend tailored rewards, experiences and communication preferences.
- Giving product demo to potential customers at client location or around city as per the demand.

- The above position requires high energy levels, integrity, customer orientation, excellent communication skills (oral and written), convincing skills, process orientation, time management, team working skills and a strong determination to achieve results.
- Open to travel within and around the city/region to ensure potential customers/clients are met to achieve outside sales.
- Candidate should have team handling skills.
- Ensure the client location is adequately stocked with order forms and brochures.
